    BMPH takes your privacy seriously and treats with utmost confidentiality all information relating to your personal identification. BMPH shall only collect and use your personal information where necessary or relevant to a particular transaction.     BMPH does not collect or require your personal identification information when browsing the Platform unless you (a) register, (b) place an order, (c) subscribe to a newsletter, (d) respond to a survey, or (e) fill out a form.

    BMPH also collects information about your activities on the Platform that do not personally or directly identify you. These information may include the content you view, the date and time you view the content, the products you purchase, or your location information association with your IP address. These are collected and used by BMPH to serve you more relevant advertisements and content.

    BMPH uses technologies such as cookies and pixels to keep track of your activities on the Platform or our advertiser’s websites. If you do not want the information stated in Clause 2 to be collected and used by BMPH or you can remove cookies by following the directions provided in your internet browser. Doing so, however, may interfere with your use of the Platform.

    BMPH reserves the right to share information about you with service providers under contract who help with our business operations (such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, and technology services) and assist in serving relevant advertisements to you. BMPH requires our service providers, by contract, to only use your information in connection with the above services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.

     

    Data received from or relating to cookies, tracking pixels, and other similar technologies may also be shared with third parties who use BMPH’s services so they can target you with advertisements you might be interested in based on your browsing behavior.

     

    Aggregated non-identifiable information, such as the number of users who visit a publisher website or the number of users who clicked on a particular advertisement, may also be shared with publishers or BMPH’s advertisers.

     

    Likewise, information about you are subject to disclosure if necessary to comply with laws or regulations, a valid subpoena, order, or government request, or to protect the rights of BMPH or others.

    The Platform makes forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to you. Any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public, and therefore outside the protection BMPH offers as set out above.

    The Platform may contain links to other websites of interest. Once you click on these links, you should note that BMPH does not have any control over those other websites. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.

    13. Third Parties and Service Partners

    BMPH may engage third party contractors to perform services for us, which involve the contractor handling personal information we hold, such as to maintain and monitor our customer and user databases. Please note that we prohibit third party contractors from using your personal information except for the specific purpose/s for which we supply it. We encourage our service partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your personal information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners, and is not subject to our control.
